I've been really impressed with ESET PROTECT's approach to security - it's super developer-friendly and adaptable. The experience is seamless across all platforms, whether you're using iOS, Android, web, or Windows. The security tools are incomparable , with features like Safe Banking and Browser, Anti-Theft, Secure Data, and Browser Privacy that give you comprehensive protection. When you enable these tools, you can rest assured that your data and confidential files are safe from prying eyes.

One of my favorite features is ESET Folder Guard, which lets you add custom folders or applications to protected areas. This means you can shield them from malware and untrusted apps, and only allow access to applications that ESET trusts. It's a great way to add an extra layer of security to your most sensitive files.

I also appreciate how customizable ESET PROTECT is. The support team is always on hand to help you navigate the features and find the settings that work best for you. The initial setup process is a breeze, and managing identified files is easy - you can quarantine them and restore them as needed.

ESET PROTECT gives you powerful protection while still being incredibly light on system resources. I really like how easy it is to manage all devices from one dashboard. The ESET Full Disk Encryption feature is useful, but it can slightly slow down the startup process on some machines. What do you like best about ESET PROTECT?

ESET was able to react quickly in the case of ransomware assaults and even before any damage could be seen and my company has been totally shielded from any and all ransomware and virus attacks that might have potentially occurred from the moment we started using Eset Protect. Furthermore, automated deployment helps me to remove tedious chores and centralized web-based administration solutions make it simple to handle security updates for every device in the network. What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?

Technical assistance may occasionally show a slow response even in cases when resolving very simple problems and one more major problem I came across was the Eset Protect installation process on upgraded personal computers, as this operation took many steps, hence it was a main cause of annoyance. "Simple security management, minimal system impact."

What do you like best about ESET PROTECT?

Even without having an in-house security specialist, I was able to set up and apply Eset Protect in no time. The cloud-based dashboard renders monitoring simple by providing a complete view of all devices, virtual machines as well as workstations. It is small in size and works quietly in the background, adding little or no extra work even in resource hungry operations like video editing or software development. What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?

Sometimes the alerts of impending threats are all too vague or complex to understand easily, let alone counter. There is no way to know personally whether the client is working, as expected, since there is no system tray icon and the false positives may generate unnecessary alerts and waste time in troubleshooting. What problems is ESET PROTECT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eset Protect has provided us a consistent endpoint view so that we do not have to switch between several security systems and this also lets me spend more time on strategic IT projects. Low resource usage means users working with design applications, banking applications, or remote desktop applications would not face performance issues and above all, it reduces most threats by lowering hazards before they can really hit us. "Software Good - Support Not So Much"

What do you like best about ESET PROTECT?

What do you dislike about ESET PROTECT?

The customer support is not good at all. Most of the support technicians have no clue about how to fix anything. The emails ESET send out notifying customers about new releases is so vague and everything is named the same that it is impossible to tell what you are really receiving. Installation of the software is always a nightmare. Never works like the documentation says. I know when I have an upgrade that it is going to be an all day process involving my hope that I get in touch with one of the few support technicians that have a clue.
