She's passionate about helping start-ups and small businesses grow and providing them with the right resources at the right time.
Polly loves travelling and has her own podcast.
Billy Johal
Chief technology officerBilly is responsible for making sure the technology at Enterprise Nation runs smoothly. This involves everything from data security to platform development.
Billy is a Microsoft pro and keeps an open mind and active watch-out for emerging technologies that will benefit the Enterprise Nation community.
Kieran Bunting
Chief commercial officerKieran oversees Enterprise Nation's relationships with major brands, including Vodafone, Uber, Google and TSB.
With a long history at the company, Kieran is the go-to person when it comes to planning new campaigns and making sure our amazing partner and corporate brands benefit from engagement with small businesses.
His other loves in life are Dulwich Hamlet and Harlequins.

Lorna Bladen
Chief marketing officerA passionate supporter of all things start-ups and marketing, Lorna is dedicated to helping small business owners turn their ideas into successful realities.
She does this via her role as chief marketing officer, making sure entrepreneurs are aware of the support they need to make their ventures flourish.
Prior to Enterprise Nation, Lorna worked for national enterprise campaign StartUp Britain, where she ran high-profile initiatives that aimed to accelerate start-up rates in the UK.
Diane Mensah
Head of programmesDiane curates and manages all the programmes that support our members – whatever stage their business has reached.
Passionate about start-ups, Diane spent six years in Hong Kong before joining Enterprise Nation, where she helped to develop a flourishing start-up ecosystem.
A true world traveller, Diane's career has taken her from London to Hong Kong and Beijing, via Abu Dhabi, and back again.
Holly Jones
Head of marketingHolly is based in Manchester, and from that great city oversees the marketing for programmes that support small businesses to start and grow.
She wants to reach as many aspiring entrepreneurs as possible to provide them with resources and tools to make their business dreams come true.
When not working, she enjoys finding independent restaurants and getting her steps in.

Head of mediaLiz is a PR specialist who focuses on keeping small businesses and start-ups front and centre of the broader media agenda.
That means telling the very real and brilliant stories about the UK's small business community and the work Enterprise Nation and its partners do to support them.
Daniel Woolf
Head of policy and government relationsWith 10 years' experience working in politics, developing policy and leading strategic campaigns, Daniel Woolf leads on policy and government relations for Enterprise Nation.
Daniel began his career leading on health and policing and crime policy at the Greater London Authority while advising London's Deputy Mayor. He then moved to the CBI to lead its work on infrastructure finance.
Most recently, Daniel played a leading role in AECOM's Advisory Unit, providing political and strategic policy advice to government bodies.
Joanne Mangan
Ireland country managerJoanne leads our operations in Ireland and is responsible for growing our community, building new partnerships and connecting with policymakers to advocate for the needs of small businesses.
Her background is in the technology sector, having worked in senior leadership roles at SAP for several years before making a move to the social enterprise space as head of communications for one of Ireland’s most successful social enterprise start-ups.
Living in the west of Ireland, Joanne is passionate about the positive social impact small businesses can make in rural communities.
Alex Kondrashov
Engineering managerAlex provides leadership to ensure engineering excellence in designing, planning and developing various projects and products across the Engineering team at Enterprise Nation.
Before joining Enterprise Nation in March 2024, Alex gained a diverse background in engineering and team leadership. He's contributed to product development, projects and growth plans for various firms and is now doing the very same for Enterprise Nation.
Marco Milicia
Senior front end engineerMarco focuses on the continual development of the Enterprise Nation platform, enhancing the UX and UI with help from the Enterprise Nation community.
Marco has over 10 years' experience as a front-end developer and digital designer within advertising and e-learning sectors. He has a passion for everything digital and emerging technologies.
Henrique Campaner
Senior front end engineerHenrique is passionate about technology, especially JS and the React ecosystem. He has the ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently when it comes to problems or new challenges.
In his spare time, Henrique likes reading about new technology.
Alex Popa
Senior back end engineerAlex joined Enterprise Nation because he enjoys exciting challenges and working in an environment where mindfulness, receptivity and technical efficiency drive a business's growth.
When younger, Alex used to play tennis professionally and participate in competitive programming events, such as game jams and hackathons.
Nowadays, Alex dedicates his free time to taking care of his Samoyed dog. She's a handful!
Carolyn Yeung
Data analystCarolyn is an experienced data analyst with a passion for CRM. She's responsible for collecting and analysing business data to provide insights and intelligence to help Enterprise Nation operate effectively.
In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys playing badminton.
Ruben Fernandez
CRM and back end engineerRuben is a CRM and PowerApps developer with over six years of experience specialising in designing, customising and implementing customer relationship management solutions.
His expertise extends to crafting bespoke enterprise applications using PowerApps, seamlessly integrating them into our existing systems.
In his free time, Ruben enjoys hitting the slopes for snowboarding adventures and relishing quality time with friends and family.
Luke Bolton
Junior front end developerLuke studied computer science before joining Enterprise Nation as a technical apprentice. He supports the technical team with requests and front and back end edits, while building his knowledge of web development at the same time.
Mark Sweeney
Senior client success managerPrior to joining Enterprise Nation, Mark spent seven years working in higher education, where he was responsible for improving the student experience. He then moved into EdTech, selling and managing recruitment-based solutions software to a variety of customers in the education sector.
Mark's main focus at Enterprise Nation is developing partnerships for the platform, as well as acquiring advisers who are best placed to provide the support small business owners need to start and grow their own ventures.
In his spare time, Mark can be found playing rugby at London Welsh RFC or watching his beloved Liverpool Football Club.
Amy Potts
Senior programme managerAmy has over five years' experience in project management across a variety of projects and campaigns, including for small businesses.
At Enterprise Nation, she splits her time between delivering a pilot programme supporting young people to start or grow their own business in London and delivering StartUp UK, a campaign which will encourage one million people to start their own businesses within three years.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys yoga and exploring new places.
Monica Moldoveanu
Programme managerMonica is a programme manager with over seven years of experience in digital project management. Passionate about helping entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed online, she's also a marketing coach and mentor.
Her hobbies include playing tennis, reading and exploring the world with her family.
Karla Freyre
Programme managerKarla is responsible for providing support across various projects. She has a degree in Political Science and a MSc in Public Policy and Administration from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Her background is in project management in the public and private sector in Peru, and international organisations. Karla is passionate about helping the most vulnerable communities and having a positive impact in the lives of small business owners.
Caitriona O'Connor
Programme coordinatorCaitriona joins the Enterprise Nation team with a background in online and in-person events, she has experience working across a wide variety of sectors such as educational technology and business intelligence.
Caitriona is passionate about community and bringing like-minded individuals together. Originally from Dublin, she moved to London four years ago.
Marc Gardner
Senior content managerBefore joining Enterprise Nation as content manager in October 2021, Marc held a similar role at the British Business Bank. There, he was in charge of content for several websites and spent much of his time writing articles for the benefit of the small business community.
Prior to that, Marc worked in content roles for a digital marketing and SEO agency, a software company and an international law firm.
Amanda Peters
Content managerAn experienced content editor and multimedia journalist, Amanda has worked across various consumer and B2B print and digital media platforms across the globe.
She loves storytelling and is on a mission to represent the voice of the “lil guy”. Throughout her career, she has launched and nurtured podcasts, newsletters, websites, magazines, and other media initiatives.
Amanda has a degree in media and a master’s in magazine journalism from Cardiff University.
Iryna Gambal
Senior marketing managerIryna has joined the Enterprise Nation team, moving from Ukraine to London. She has five years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Prior to Enterprise Nation, Iryna worked at an innovation park in Kyiv, helping to develop the start-up ecosystem in Ukraine and run her own small e-commerce business.
Iryna is a passionate traveller and has visited 45+ countries, mostly by hitchhiking.
Ryan Tindall
Community managerRyan supports the Help to Grow community and partners and works closely alongside the Marketing team to support the wider Enterprise Nation community.
Outside of work, Ryan is a start-up founder himself, having founded 5 startups (some worked, and some did not!). He is passionate about supporting other founders on their start-up journey.
Maggie Berry OBE
SME procurement leadMaggie leads Enterprise Nation's procurement and supplier-ready programmes, helping the UK's SMEs access new growth opportunities in public and private sector supply chains.
She's dedicated her career to supporting diverse-owned businesses and champions sustainability and responsible business practices.
Previously, she built a 17,000-strong community of women in tech and is a Liveryman at the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. In 2019, she was awarded an OBE for services to women in business and technology.
