Before Darden, Alex was an entrepreneur, starting and selling two companies. He’s currently on the faculty at UVA Darden where he focuses on digital innovation. He’s also advises corporations and invests in digital ventures. His Venture Design framework is widely used by practitioners and instructors for creating new products in agile, hypothesis-driven environments.
