Rooms are equipped with a balcony with mountain views. the most beautiful, well designed and thoughtfully equipped villa at a most beautiful, seclusive location. It will be one of my favourite accommocations in the world and regret not staying longer than 1 night.

Set within 1 km of Pantazi Beach and 44 km of Caves of Diros, Nikoloudi Estate features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Agios Nikolaos. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The holiday home also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We liked EVERYTHING! From the simple check-in experience all the way to the fact that the house was cleaned every other day (5 times during our 10-day stay), together with towels being replaced, coffee pads filled up etc. The house itself is wonderful, it's got everything you may ever need, plus it's spacious and has 3 AC units (which you'll need in South of Peloponnesos). We especially liked the upper semi-covered balcony with the sun-beds. If you're considering visiting the Mani Region - don't look further, it's everything you might've wished for.

And especially the staff is welcoming and very helpful.

The view is amazing, the hosts were extremely kind (we thank you for everything!!) You’ll find everything you need at this accommodation. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on and again, that view, when you wake up, it’s just amazing. The kitchen has all you need to cook and it’s very clean. There’s a small fridge with a freezer, perfect for 2 people. The bathroom has all the amenities. Everything was clean. This place is more than worth it. I cannot recommend it enough! We’ll come back! The terrace is perfect for enjoying a frappe or a glass of wine at night. There’s also enough space for you to do a workout, like yoga. What we also enjoyed: The Alypa beach near it is wonderful, so scenic. There’s a very good family restaurant near it as well. It’s called to Steki. Make sure to check them out.

The villa also offers facilities for disabled guests. Its a fully renovated traditional house with amazing interior design! Its located at the edge of the village and has a great view!

The location and view were spectacular. We really enjoyed having cocktails and breakfasts on the patio. There was also plenty of room in the living areas.

Beautiful and quiet location, with spectacular view of both the sea and the mountain. Spotless clean house, with several different places to relax in the backyard. Spacious kitchen and living room area and 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds.
