Establecido a 6.6 km de Nordstan Shopping Mall, Clarion Hotel Karlatornet ofrece hospedaje de 4 estrellas en Gotemburgo y cuenta con un gimnasio, un restaurante y un bar. La habitación que nos tocó era muy amplia, estaba preparada para personas de movilidad reducida, lo que tenía buena accesibilidad en la entrada, el baño estaba perfectamente acondicionado para una persona con movilidad reducida pero como consecuencia, la ducha no contaba con una mampara cerrada, lo que al ducharte provocaba que se mojase el suelo (e incluso el WC) debido a su diseño. Fuimos con nuestros perros, dos perros medianos de 25kg, nos cuidaron mucho en el hotel, facilitándonos camas para ellos y bebederos, fueron muy amables con ellos, y nos alegró saber que no había limite de peso (algo absurdo que te encuentras muy habitualmente en hoteles en europa). Esto supuso un coste de 400SEK. El desayuno es muy completo y la sala es amplia, pero el domingo se sentía un poco de exceso de aforo. El personal fue muy amable, y el servicio de habitaciones muy eficiente. Recomendado 100%.

This was one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. Had problems sleeping before arriving, solved immediately on the first night in this hotel. The room itself is very comfy with a lot of light options. It has a desk, a kettle and a minibar. The bathroom was spacious and had enough towels. Overall it was very clean. The hotel has a big and comfy loby with both self check in/out and a reception desk. It was nice seeing a lot of employees standing around at the ground floor helping guests. Luggage storage is also availabe. Before arriving I've read a lot of complaints about the breakfast area and how overcrowded it was but I had an opposite experience. There were a lot of guests but I didn't had any problem finding a table and didn't wait too much while choosing food. The area is very spacious and even has an area in front it where guests could eat also. The variety of food was excellent! As a vegetarian, I could find anything I need. Make sure to visit the top floor also because I almost missed the opportunity. There are two separate glass elevators which lead to the top.

The breakfast buffet was remarkable. The staff were attentive and helpful. The restaurant was very good.

Very comfy bed, nice elegant practical room (hangers and place to put your stuff without being in the way). Very good choice of breakfast and really nice visually pleasing restaurant and a pub. Plus price wise good value. The fact that it has plenty of parking spaces even if central location The very friendly receptionist. Elegant lobby.
