There is a beautiful vineyard in the backyard, the swimming pool was great to cool off and we truly enjoyed the tranquility. Would repeat again and stay longer.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Our flight was cancelled so we chose to stay here rather than going into Bordeaux city centre for the night. We were so pleased we did! Lovely, quiet and beautifully appointed. Good sized rooms and a delicious dinner. We stayed on a Monday night when the restaurant was closed but they offered us a grazing menu of cheeses, smoked trout and delicious small plates. Perfect.

Everything was wonderful, from the 1st impression on entering the gate, to the owner's personal warm welcome, to the large and beautiful room, as well as the charming chateau and grounds with heated pool - including secure on-site parking. Breakfast and evening social time with owners (Stephane and Christine) were wonderful personal additions to the overall experience. The location is an easy walk from the town center on the riverfront with shops, restaurants and the citadel.

Great breakfast including excellent unlimited coffee and lots of fresh fruit. Very friendly helpful host. Highly recommend
