Lovely cabin with very friendly staff. Pickup service offered from Sasaguri Station was very convenient and appreciated as the location is a bit out of the way. The beds were very comfortable and the in-suite onsen was so lovely (although very very hot at first but you can add cold water - give it 5 to 10 minutes depending on your heat tolerance).

Matatagpuan sa Asakura, 14 km mula sa Hiroshiki Oda Museum of Art, ang Akitsuki Kominka Yado You ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, shared lounge, at terrace. It had everything you could need and felt like home away from home. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Wish I stayed for more than one night.

Excellent small ryokan next to one of the punting stations. Room was huge and had a view to garden and canal. Excellent dinner and breakfast. We noted that Yanagawa could have been a better place to visit Yoshinogari and Dazaifu than our next stay in Fukuoka - Yanagawa has excellent fast direct train to Dazaifu. Next time would stay more than 1 night in this Ryokan

Located in Chikushino, 500 metres from Buso-ji Temple, Daimaru Besso has a number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi. This hotel is a historic establishment that has been around for decades. However, it has been well-maintained and preserved, making it a worthwhile place to visit.

Ohana is located in Yanagawa. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with air conditioning and a minibar. The surroundings were serene with a beautiful garden and a historic building next door.

I was with friends and we wanted an authentic experience in a Ryokan and Temple. We were really pleased with our stay. We love the friendliness of the staff, who always accomodated our request with a friendly smile. They even brought us by the shuttle to Nanzoin temple for such a cheap price. The Kaiseki dinner was superb with organic vegetables and fresh seafood! Our room was huge even if we were 4 people in the room. I would highly recommend this place for couples or groups, who want a peaceful and relaxing experience away from everyday life.

Traditional and modern mix. Loved the open air bath. Beautifully presented kaiseki meals. Great to have an elevator for luggage. Fun and generous happy hour.

Very beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Katie, who was the receptionist when we stayed there was very kind and helpful. It’s located in a small town, filled with kind people, as well as delicious food and tea. Really enjoyed our stay and we were inspired a lot by the craft.
