Room was Basic, with a toilet and bed, clean and was good enough for a few days, Although No Breakfast in the Hotel, theres a veru nice bakery right next door and lots of places to eat in the area.

Really small space

Close to vondelpark and museumplein, a bit from the center, but walk to there is really nice. Also, the shower works pretty well

The bed made a noise when you moved, there was a strange stain on the bathroom floor, the mattress was very bad.

Well located, a few steps away from Van Gogh museum and other ones, supermarket and tram line really close.

Rooms were quite small - two beds and walking space between them. If you need to spend time in the room, then this might not be the place for you.

Good price. Location is great and very near the big museums (Van Gogh, MOCO, etc). Room was clean. Staff were helpful and have a spare room for storing luggage on our check-out day.

The hallway's carpet smelled a little, nothing too strong, just distracting. The Lobby's wifi is not great, so I advise going to a cafe if you're traveling for work or need to connect on your laptop. The elevator had graffiti. The towels had a bit of stains, nothing serious but they could be better (they smelled clean though!). I wish they had a microwave in the lobby to heat water or food. I wished they had given more toilet paper for longer stays without needing housekeeping.

The location is AMAZING! There's a grocery store right across the street that closes at 10pm and has great low-budget food!, there's also a main line of tram, the neighborhood is a very SAFE place and nightlife is only 10 minutes away by tram. THERE'S AN ELEVATOR WHICH I LOVED! The beds were super clean, the towels smelled clean and the bathroom was spotless and decent-sized. The girl at the counter, Elsa was extremely nice and attentive to our needs. They start cleaning the rooms at noon so you can sleep more!

Shower and bathroom was a tad small.

Close to tram stations, easy to get to the whole of the city. Rooms were okay, we received fresh towels and a room clean everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Out of the 4 nights we stayed, the room was not cleaned one day and the toilet bin was not changed two days.

It is located in a good area, the airport bus leaves you about half a block away, you can get transport half a block away to go to the city centre, to go to the train station, it is in the museum area.

The twin room was very small. The beds were too soft for my liking. The sink was in the room, not in with the shower/toilet. It's a bit pricey for the facilities

Not many facilities, more for just a bed to stay at.

Had a nice balcony and was in a pretty good location. Good value compared to other places in Amsterdam. We got upgraded to a family room with more space which was nice. Good for a couple nights.

Some of the staff was clearly not that enthusiastic about their work while others were very friendly.

I booked a small room but they upgraded me to the topmost much larger room with rooftop views, so it was very spacious for me alone, and also very quiet, I guess since I didn’t have any rooms next door. The location at Concertgebouw is very convenient and also the luggage storage.

Noise outside the hotel was bad on the last night. Noisy neighbours were sorted quickly by the hotel staff, though.

the lack of air conditioning in the room, was steaming hot and the weather wasnt that extreme, if ACs were installed it would be perfect.

The ventilation of the rooms left much to be desired.

Very good location, despite the fact that the location is almost in the city center, it is quiet and peaceful. Tram and bus almost in front of the house. The old town and everything of interest there is within walking distance

My initial room was small. If you can book one on the 4th floor. You will pay more since they are bigger rooms with more beds, but worth it.

The staff were very accommodating after one of my neighbors on the first night were smoking in the hotel. They moved me to a different room the next day and I appreciated their assistance. The location is also tough to beat, you’re next to the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum and there is a grocery store very close too.
