How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location was perfect. It is near to everything. Got pharmacy, restaurants, groceries, laundry. The room is clean, tidy, and beautiful. The sofa bed is quite comfortable. I did not expect that the bed is king size. The room fits my family of four perfectly. It is spacious too. The staff, Ms Asti was very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely recommend this stay to my friends. Oh yes and the parking is easy also. In the morning got roti canai kedai just below the apartment. Fantastic.

Nothing major just small stuff like one of the bathroom light having issue and balcony door nhard to close and lock. All still good.
Great location homestay with good room and facilities. Perfect for families.

A lot of spider web above eyes level 😅 they put mothballs everywhere on the house. The smells is too strong but somehow we can still see small cockroaches running in the house 😂 Cleanliness wise so so especially the bed, sofa and curtain.
Good for the money. Good location. Big space for 2 persons.

The sliding door lock malfunctioned. Its dangerous for parents who bring their child here.
Everything. Would be nice if u have the carpet. Its toooooo freezing cold. The best homestay ever. Stayed here twice. Will stay here again if coming to Cameron.

TV cannot connect to wifi, keep disconnect
Very big room with king size bed. Room has WIFI & TV. Free parking. Easy check in, they will have a friendly asistance to pass you house key. Very clean and comfortable. Suitable for a short stay.

There is damp/moist/humidity smell that sticks on you. If you are sensitive to smells this is definitely not your place. We will have to do a washing machine in our next stop, we have the damp smell everywhere

The balcony door cant be locked. The chairs at balcony already broken or almost broken.
Location is excellent in Cameron Fair building. You can find most of essential in the mall.

Roaches found in the unit, likely needs roaches bait, else no matter hoe clean the house, the roaches still will come out at night. I suspect there is roaches nest in the unit. In addition, a bit noisy from neighbours doing some repairing works during midnight. The noise is on and off. It is quite weird...
The unit is inside the mall, making it convenient to buy food or drink. The mall has few shops only, but it can fulfill almost all neceassry things. There is wifi, internet access, and utilities pot for making hot drinks. It is considered comfortable although the unit looks a bit old. It worthes the price.

Although the staff/owner were fast to respond, they couldn't resolve the issue with microwave. We can not use the microwave as the buttons weren't working, even the owner not sure how to . Disappointed that we can't reheat our food. The sink also had bad water flow looked like about to clog. The refrigerator need to be closed from bottom, otherwise the door won't close properly.
Good location, easy access to other attractions, very near to eateries and other convenience stores/mall. The house was clean. check-in/out process was clear and easy. Got WiFi. Parking was also very easy and felt safe because it was inside the compound.
