Not much variety for breakfast. No bidet at the toilet

Great enviroment. Very friendly staffs, help out all the way from reservation until checked out. Especially Miss Alya from reservation department gave an exceptional service by guiding thru the booking process, Miss Ariani at the reception who explained clearly and briefed about the whole service in the hotel, Mr Jeffrey Who gave us an excellent service while staying there and Mr Aimansyah at the concierge who helped out to arrange all our things while checking and out. Thank you so much y’all!!

The location is quite far from the nearest town/city. During our stay, most of the food stated on the in-room dining menu was unavailable. So, we went to their rival, Genting Highlands, for a family dinner. Besides that, wrong timing for us to stay here at that particular time because there was a big group of people from a local bank staying there. Thus, we were not able to enjoy the quiet and serene surroundings to the fullest due to the noises from that group.

The suite was superb. The nature and surroundings were fascinating, like staying in a European country.

We arrived an hour early and were thrilled to be offered an early check-in! Mr. Mark greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. After settling in, we were treated to complimentary drinks before our resort tour, which was a lovely touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always quick to respond to our requests. Enjoying in-room dining was a delightful experience, and the foggy morning added a magical atmosphere. Our spacious suites were perfect for our two-night stay, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout. Mr. Mark consistently greeted us with enthusiasm and even managed to pronounce my tricky name flawlessly! Overall, it was an extraordinary experience that was truly worth every penny, and we cherished each moment spent here.

The biggest problem was late check in despite we already informed our arrival time, and their earliest possible checkin time was already later then others. The sofa beside the pool have mold on it..

The excellent service from the staffs, hardly can get a service that provides even one step ahead customers' needs. The attire and presentation of the staffs were also exceptional. The compiling contents of the whole france village, Japanese village (there more spots but I actually went to this two places), and again the enthusiasm from all the staffs.

There is little to see in the area Very far from the cities, it is unrealistic to catch a taxi yourself, so you have to use the hotel services But in this case you will pay 5 times more than usual The water in the shower is hot, but it does not last long, after 15 minutes you have to wait again for the water to warm up

It was amazing, starting from the moment I came to the reception tired and was immediately offered free juice The staff is very polite (even a little scary if you are not used to it) They tell you everything, accompany you to your room and restaurant They help you drag your luggage The bed is comfortable and large There is a large TV opposite There are thick curtains if you like to sleep longer It's relatively quiet, not that there's good soundproofing, it's just that no one makes much noise Delicious and varied breakfast There is a micro "village" nearby, like a European village, which is interesting to look into and take a few photos A lot of bathroom accessories are provided, for example a shaving kit

The breakfast was average in terms of choice and quality.

The resort is simply superb - takes one away from the hustle bustle of city life and into the lap of nature. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is quite helpful. The Japanese village, Colmar French village along with other nearby attractions makes this a perfect weekend getaway for the family.

Need to do some maintenance for air-conditioning before customer check in .also the fridge temperature is to hot can't make water or juice clod it just on the normal temperature.

The place is very very amazing. Clean comfortable and the staff is very friendly especially Mr.Adam . Restaurant staff are more cooperative and welcoming so beautiful

Service at the bar was only available after asking repeatedly despite the bar being open. It seems they are not very used to having guests order drinks for an apero.

Our stay here really surpassed my expectations. The hotel is well maintained and staff very friendly. A la carte food at the restaurant was good. Nice location, and definitely worth a stay, also because of the cool weather.

Steam room for men was not working. The wooden railings on the corridors need a coat of paint.

Excellent staff, good views, super clean, complementary minibar (non-alcoholic), rooms were well maintained, good food, sufficient parking, very well maintained pool and associated facilities. Sauna made available whenever we requested.

The service was excellent, every was clean and the staff were friendly, Mark from trip advisor attended to us, he explained everything with detail. Friendly and wonderful guy. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing gateway. The weather is very cold especially during the raining season. Food and facilities are excellent and well maintained

This place is kept in TOP NOTCH. I'm from the usa. This is one of my favorite places to visit only an hour outside of KL. The spa is expensive (I haven't done it) but the facilities, grounds, flowers, castle is....Disney like. French like. Whatever you want to call it...It's beautiful. I went during December. A bit cloudy but that's okay.
