Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesHaving people from the public come in and party on the roof in a private resort was not acceptable. I had no idea we were staying in a place that had people from the outside come in to take up the chairs which there were not enough on the roof the Staff waiting tables. And then the all hours of the night Technotronic boom boom was absurd. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am very disappointed and furthermore, I understand the spas the same way they encourage memberships so that they take up all the space instead of, the people paying for the resort. In my opinion this resort needs to decide if they are going to be a public resort or if they are going to be private.
Very good weight staff overall. Like the breakfast liked the masseuse in the spa. Like the bartenders in the front room.

BelgiumIt does not have a private beach, which may look like it does on pictures. It does have a private pool, but the music there is soooo loud. It is impossible to talk to anyone and even ordering drinks or food is uncomfortable. It gives clubbing vibes instead of a relaxing holiday. Also the hotel is right in the middle of all sorts of bars which left us with loud music and noise in our room all evening. Not to mention, the hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, especially the ones at the reception. They laugh with you and gossip in spanish when they see you. Also we tried to contact the hotel upfront for 7 times in all kinds of different ways but never got an answer. This is very unhelpfull. We also had an incident with chicken in a vegetarian dish, however the waiters sincerly appologised.
The hotel itself is allright. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.

SlovakiaClean and spacious rooms, amazing and helpful staff, tasty breakfast with a great selection both from Mexican food and continental breakfast, high quality food in the restaurants. Just 15 minutes walking from their other hotel with a beach (Coco Reef) with cozy and clean beach. We had an all inclusive option and we would recommend it to all staying in the hotel. Also we booked a transport from an airport and everything was planned perfectly. We would stay again, thank you for a great experience and your hospitality.

ItalyThe noise all around the hotel is unbelievable. From 4 am you can hear people preparing the breakfast and seems they are breaking everything. Then you have the music from 7 am that go until midnight not stop in the rooftop super loud and crazy. You can’t have any type of room service and you can not bring food in your room from the restaurants. We had a phone call and was charged 30 dollars at check out. The water in the toilet was always cold. Staff not friendly at all but this is a bit all around this area of Mexico. We asked for late check out and they charged 30 dollars for 2 extra hours. I could keep going on and on.
The hotel has a top location just straight to the center! The room are very big and have sofa beds so if you are a group of friends is good. There are quite a few food options.

Romania1) this is a 4* hotel, not 5* hotel as it's written on booking. 2) the noise was unbearable. The hotel has an inner courtyard with a restaurant at the ground floor. The rooms are around the inner courtyard. There is no double door system for the noise, just 1 door. You can see what I mean in their pictures on booking. I attached it also here. The problem with this was the unbearable noise. The restaurant starts to be lively at 6 am with plates and cutlery clinking. You hear all this from your room. We started to smell the food (fried stuff) at around 6 am, from our room. There is loud music at night from the restaurant until almost 12 am, so we couldn't rest. You only can get max 6 hours of sleep. We weren't able to sleep properly for the entire duration of the 5 nights. Probably this is why this hotel is the cheapest 4* hotel and that's why we went with it. Now I understand why. 3) at the end of the trip the clothes from our suitcases smelled like mold. I don't recommend this to anyone.
I liked that they had a travel desk where you can book trips. We booked the Chichen Itza trip with them and it was very good

United StatesThe hotel has a connection with a time share which made our stay far less enjoyable. When we checked in, they would not give us the keys to our room until we met with the concierge who offered us “free gifts” if we checked out their sister property. We told her we were not interested and busy as we were there for a wedding. We thought that was the end of it but the next morning around 9am she woke us up by calling our room. Still not taking the hint, she called us the following morning and woke us up again. I told her on the phone that we were sleeping and that she woke us up but she proceeded to keep telling us about the free gifts we had not claimed. We then proceeded to unplug the phone because she had woken us up every morning on what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. The next day she must have tried to call but couldn’t get through so she fricken knocked on our door, again at 9am. We did not answer (because we were sleeping) so she opened our door! We had traveled from pretty far away and it was a 3 hour time change for us so 9am was really 6am our time so naturally we were hoping to sleep in some on our vacation. Would never stay here again due to the concierge. If you read other reviews of the poor souls who went for the “free gifts” they all report that it is a time share multi level marketing scheme and that they got locked in a room for a sales pitch. Avoid at all costs!
Property was in a great location and the room was very nice.

We loved it! What a great hotel, all of the amenities, excellent staff, great location with 2 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend all inclusive as you get access and transport to other sister hotels - highly recommend coco beach! Food was great too, especially the Mexican restaurant at 28! Staff were great! I’m not a party person and came with my Wife and we still absolutely loved this place!!!!

United KingdomThe volume of the music on the roof of the hotel - it shook the whole hotel and made our room awful to stay in also. I need to stress - it really is that loud EVERYDAY. I love music and wanted a pool party vibe but this was major intense and really put a dampener on our stay. No area on the roof was free from a speaker - so if your looking to chill this is not the place for you. Service speed - although we paid full all inclusive for 7 nights you couldn’t have ever made the most of it as service is so slow - takes an hour to get a glass of wine at dinner for example. More senior staff quite rude, the lower serving staff very lovely but too stretched and need more help from their leaders. Honestly the worst hotel stay we have had in some time. The food wasn’t great either - neither were the cocktails - two bad things for an all inclusive.

United KingdomThe concierge ‘gifted’ a free lunch to us but failed to explain that it was a meal with a sales presentation. When I complained to the supervisor he did nothing about it. The first room they put us into was dark, the shower put out cold water and the curtains wouldn’t close. We had to move rooms as the street could see into our room. This was our honeymoon stay but it felt more like a chore to stay there.
