Great location, the rooms are perfect for a short stay. The staff was super friendly, helpful. I liked the room setting, small space but very well thought. Everything is brand new. Breakfast was very good, with the basic stuff, but of good quality. I will definitely come back.

Incredibly small sink and night tables. The bathroom was small in general, but probably specifics of the room. Also, I couldn't find the entrance but I managed later (you need to walk through a gated neighborhood) - maybe a small sign would be helpful. One time water stopped working for me in the shower, and the wifi was pretty slow if you wanted to watch TV, but overall a nice stay.

I really liked the location - it is directly on the main street, but pretty quiet (even on NYE :)). The bus to the airport is right in front. The bed is comfortable, TV has Netflix, there is a kettle and teas, mini-bar, the hotel has a friendly reception and an access to a coffee machine in the lobby, which is a nice touch. The breakfast is good, although not incredibly diverse. I enjoyed the toiletries including the body lotion, which is rare :) You can also buy some stuff at the reception like souvenirs or wine, which is pretty handy, there is a make up mirror. Clean and cleaned regularly.

While the overall experience was decent, the absence of on-site parking was a major inconvenience. Guests expect basic amenities like parking, especially when traveling with luggage or arriving late at night. Not only was there no designated parking area, but there was also little guidance on where to safely park nearby. This forced me to park my car a considerable distance away, which was both frustrating and unsafe, particularly during nighttime. Hotels should recognize the importance of parking for guest convenience and safety. Even if space constraints make on-site parking impossible, clear communication and assistance with alternative parking options are essential. Unfortunately, this issue significantly affected my stay. I hope the management considers this feedback and makes improvements for future guests. Until then, I’d recommend this hotel only to those traveling without a vehicle.

This hotel is so great and stuff are very welcoming , was first time in Chisinău and needed to get airport as I was travelling from Ukraine , were very few options so decided to stay here and didn’t regret ! The hotel is new ,modern and stuff is amazing ! I had the best sleep too !

Great hotel! The team is amazing—very pleasant to communicate with both online and in person. You truly feel welcome here. The location is ideal—right in the city center, close to everything, including fantastic restaurants. However, since it’s located inside a courtyard, it remains cozy and peaceful. The room and bathroom are very clean. I absolutely adore the scent of the shower gel, soap, shampoo, and conditioner—they are both pleasant and elegant. And I like those tiny messages that hotel managers did on the mirror etc. It gives a personal touch to the relation between the customer and the owner. I’ve already booked a room for my return trip to Ukraine and would love to stay here again and again! Good luck to your team!

Unhappily there was some problem with a washbasin drain in the bathroom in our room placed on the upper floor which made us feel a bit uncomfortable since it was quite smelly. However, it in not something what would stop me from writing a good review as it was very luxurious stay.

The hotel is located in a good location a few steps to some restaurants and whatever. Once you get into the hotel you can witness that everything is brand new. The staff at the front desk has been very nice as they allowed us to check in earlier without any fee. I surely recommend that accommodation.

A little hard to find the entrance. It’s set back from the street behind another building with no clear signage. Building and room had a faint smell of a farm.

Nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Modern building with comfortable furnishings. Great breakfast and social spaces on ground floor. Close walk to everything you’d want and airport bus is right outside.

Absolutely loved it. It is not only about the spotless clean facilities and room or the thoughtful user-centered design, but it is also -- most importantly -- about the wonderful staff who make you feel welcome and cared for. I arrived after a sleepless night traveling from Kyiv to Chisinau overland, arriving later than planned, very tired and needing to fly in a matter of hours. The young woman at the reception was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her colleague working the evening shift was equally kind and helpful, he even helped me with my bags and made sure the rideshare app driver waited in the right spot. I am definitely staying here on my next trip!

Hotel is new and modern. Location is very good at the main street with lots of restaurants and cafés around. Big plus is that very good coffee (cappuccino, macchiato) and tea are available in the lobby 24h.

Beautiful hotel. New hotel with perfect location on a main street. We stayed there in November. We valued the true Eurupean style and very professional and helpful personnel. Extremely clean room, the cutlery available in the room, safe, iron board and iron, wireless charge, as well as a complimentary bottle of water.
