extremely clean and comfortable, amazing villas and amazing staff

I didn’t find out about this until we were leaving but my partner said there were stains on the sheets on her side of the bed. had I known, we would’ve mentioned it to the staff but these are things that shouldn’t be missed.

We had just arrived in Bali so wanted somewhere we could relax and unwind after our 17 hour flights, this was the place. super chill, room service with amazing food, we were in our element and it was just what we needed.

We love our stay at The mavila Sanur. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, who Made our stay so nice! They help us to book a boat to Nusa penida and organized transfer for us. We would be happy to recommend to stay at the mavila Sanur 🤩

2x stay here, everything is the same as the first time you stay here. The villa atmosphere is good, the rooms are clean and smell good, make customers comfortable. and the service is very satisfying.

everything was just amazing

The room and swimming pool was super cozy. The staff were exceptional, really friendly and helpfull. Our experience is complete because they give us a surprise for my birthday on the last day. I really appreciate that.

The Mavila was lovely. The room & pool was very clean. The atmosphere was very nice, fresh, and new. Seems like you wanna stay there for a long time. The toiletteries and amenities was perfect and complete. Plus, it has strategic area near Sanur. Would definitely go back.

We loved the location and the privacy, the staff were exceptionally helpful especially when we left our passport in a taxi, staff were always available and ever waiting to open the lobby door for you, pool was lovely and cool, room was exactly as the photos showed.

The bed is very comfort, i stayed all day in this villa relaxing with my girl. The facilities are very complete and so acomodate for us to stay inside the villa.

Such a beautifull moment in this villa for our honeymoon. The cleanliness is very impressive and the staff was super acomodate, they also give us some cute decor to celebrate our honeymoon ❤🥰

The only point of criticism is the potential noise from the neighbors. The villas are next to each other, so you can clearly hear loud neighbors in and around the pool.

Though near a busy street, you will not here the noise. Villa was clean, comfortable and well maintained. You’ll have absolute privacy. Enjoy your own clean pool. Villa was cleaned every day and the accommodation offers a fair selection of breakfast. Also the option for in-home dinner from the restaurant. A lovely stay, also because of the very friendly and accommodating staff. A very nice stay!

I stayed on this villa a couple days ago and it was really memorable stay. They had transport service to pick me up from the airport to villa, the staff was really friendly and helpfull. I order their room service menu and it was really nice for the food. Thankyou so much The Mavila i will be comeback again❤️❤️

I stay only for 1 night but had an amazing experience. The location is good closed to main road and only take 5 minute to the nearest beach. They have so many room service and i have try the massage it was really nice, they also provide a coffee and tea inside the villa

Dinner options/quality not great. Pool could have used a clean as it was slippery. Also the pool does not have steps/ladder so not suitable for less mobile persons or kids.

Excellent little private villa, staff where all really friendly and try their best. In room services (massages, decorations, cakes) where all really good and easy to arrange, also well price but best to contact them via What's app to arrange stuff. Breakfast options where good, but dinner options average, recommend taking the 5min walk down to the road to find lots of good dinner options. Good range of options for special occasions they can sort out decoration for the room, pool plus handle special packages for event include cakes/food.

Breakfast quality could be improved, and the villa could probably do with some touch ups. However, overall it was a really pleasant and comfortable stay.

Staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive to any requests. Bedding was comfortable and TV with Netflix was welcomed. Facilities were good and all in working order. Two bottles of water were supplied daily.
