Criminal conduct by the staff. First they make you go through the construction to get to reception (what reception anyways, it's just a dirty desk in the middle of the construction). Then they charged a 5% extra fee just because I paid with a card! Then they showed me the room and the whole room smelled like poop because something was wrong with the pipes. I asked other hotel guests and they all said the same thing. So this is a persistent issue, not a one off thing. Furthermore, the "breakfast" is just one drink and one choice of good (which was the worst I've ever had). Oh and at night they shut all the gates so good luck getting in if you arrive late from dinner or partying: you'll have to scream until you catch the attention of the security guard (who doesn't speak English) on the other site of the fence, who is watching soccer on this phone the whole time.

I really wanted to try to make the most of the booking, but there were ants all over my bed, hot water didn’t work and I felt uncomfortable asking staff for these things to be fixed. Ended up booking somewhere else after a day.

Horrible smell in room and bathroom ?sewerage, seems to be an ongoing problem as per previous reviews, bed linen/towels / bin not changed throughout my stay (4 nights), non refundable so no option to go elsewhere, very expensive for standard of stay, very basic breakfast

Rooms aren’t clean and you have ants everywhere. The smell of the drain was very bad where we stayed. We asked to be moved and they messaged their boss as there were few rooms available. But later they messaged saying there weren’t any room left and I have to pay extra if I want a different room.

Don’t fall for the photos. Not good service and staff can barely understand you.

Not much to complain, maybe only the shower was not in a great shape. And there were no shampoo like you normally find in guest houses / hotel or other accomodation.

The location is great, and the room was fantastic with a cozy and elegant design. The place is amazing with a very nice swimming pool. The close Dreamland beach is at less than 5 minutes walking. Breakfast is okay.

Property rooms and washroom smelling very bad, air conditioner making sound when there is no power can’t sleep in night, and there is no housekeeping.

Bed sheet and towels had stains and were not clean . Too many insects . We found a huge bed bug in the bed at night and we decided to leave immediately , we could not find any reception to check us out and no staff , only the security who was not able to talk only with sign language who tried his best to help us that I thank a lot but it was too late as we called a taxi and was not able to stay one more second in that scary room . Worst stay in my life . We asked for a refund they told us that we should go back and they will give us cash if we want to which is impossible as we were around 200 miles away in a different area.

For me all was good. Since the beachcöub El Kabron is not far, i can imagine that the music might not be for everyone, though it’s not too loud and doesn’t go long into the night.

The staff was always friendly and helpful and made me feel at hole. The location just next to the clliff overlooking Dreamland and Bingin beach is special to me. Great sunsets from there with a hood local vibe.

We could drop our luggage before official check-in in a sepparate room and we have been asked if it is ok to place the luggage in the room when the room is ready. When we came back it was still in the room. We wanted to take a shower and we had no towels. The bathroom walls were dirty next to the toilette and in the shower. The room had no decoration and the floor was sandy. We were 3 minutes late for breakfast and then we ordered 2 smoothies and a coffee and it took 45 minutes.

We booked a deluxe room and had one with view to the pool and the bungalow was in walking distance from the reception. We rented a scooter and this worked super easy.

My stay at was horrible.It's overpriced, infested with mosquitoes, and there aren't enough sunbeds. The toilet water tastes like the ocean, there's no hot water for showers, the bathroom reeks, and there's no internet! Avoid this place at all costs!

The included breakfast is not tasty. The rooms and restaurants is not very clean. The old dirt can be easily discovered everywhere. The linens and towels quite shabby. No many eating options nearby. So we ordered food on Grab.

The place is at the walking distance to the Dreamland Beach. The territory of the complex is like a nice garden, many singing birds, beautiful flowers. Pool is small but cozy.

one drink only for bf (1 coffee OR 1 juice) NO hot water in a 35-€-room my wife felt a little ill, we asked for checkout at 1pm instead of 12 - NOT POSSIBLE it is not beachfront but actually quite a walk to get there and back

Bathroom not very nice, mouldy toilet, ants. When I arrived there was no running water in my room, had water during the day but no water again the following evening. When I arrived there was no remote for air con so was too hot all night, however when I asked the next morning they brought me a remote straight away and the air con worked fine. Bedsheets a little stained. They stopped doing food at 7pm, so couldn’t get dinner when I arrived. Down a very dark road, not much around.
