How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

This close to the railway station, it can get a bit noisy, and the reception is only open until 2100 - so call ahead if you're going to arrive later than that.
A small, quaint hotel, located within easy walking distance from the Copenhagen Central Station - in a neighbourhood that was formerly known as one of the more "suspect" in the city. Clean and comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. The breakfast concept is slightly different in that fruit, yoghurt, cheese, etc. is placed in the refrigerator in your room, and bread is delivered to the room in the morning.

Heavy footsteps from room above.
Lovely small hotel in a quiet street next to the station. Very clean and helpful staff. My room had everything I needed including kettle, fridge and safe. I made use of the fan as it was hot. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and I felt completely safe.

Only little niggle was that there was no bowls available in rooms for cereal and hotel was too hot. Saying that, fans made nights easier.
Central, clean, friendly and comfortable. Thank you for the friendly manner of staff.

Can’t think of anything.
Our rooms were not located close together as we were able to book room 601 again…..this is our third stay on the 6th floor and we love it! The hotel was delightful!

Sound proofing from other rooms upstairs could be better. Bigger pillows please. Also some indication of when rooms were going to be cleaned would be good. For example daily.
The location was good for the station but the Warehouse area was noisy at night. Probably because it was festival time in August which I wasn't aware of when booking.

Hotel and room were uncomfortably warm and stuffy--no moving air!
Very nice hotel with excellent staff in a fabulous location. The room was very big by European standards, as was the bed. We loved the coffee and tea makers in the room (but could have used more coffee pods and milk). Location is excellent for walking around sites, and staff was very helpful and kind. The only negative was that everywhere in the hotel was quite warm and stuffy, though it was pleasantly cool outside. Opening the windows didn't really help, though the provided fan did. Breakfast is fine (breads with cheese, spreads, and fruit), but not really worth the extra expense. Overall a great place to stay in Copenhagen.

The breakfast was not worth it in the end. U only get one little pastry, some bread and juice each morning. But there is no merely any toppings for the bread other than butter

Very clean and neat. Handy for train travellers. Excellent reception staff. Unique breakfast arrangements. Fresh Bread and cake left in a bag on a hook outside the door at 8am. Jam, butter, coffee, milk etc is in the room fridge. It worked very well.

Drinking glasses a little small. And maybe some block out curtains for the lovely sun that doesn't set. HAHAHAHAHAH
Tiffany is very central. Central station is about 500m from the hotel. Everything is in walking distance. The trams are so easy to use so if you needed to get anywhere fast use the bus and trams. Underground trains also right there.

The bed was way too soft for me personally. But that is a personal preference :)
A small hotel with nice and helpful staff within walking distance of the central train station. The city center and all the sights were also within easy reach. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were nicely decorated. There was a toaster and electric kettle in the room. The coffee was refilled daily. All in all, I felt very comfortable.
