Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GreeceEverything was great BUT 1 suggestion could be that breakfast is until 10.30......I love to sleep that extra hour or two when I am away on a city break :)
The location was excellent and we spent a wonderful 4 days/nights in Copenhagen. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were as advertised, even maybe slightly bigger than what we thought. We understood that almost all accommodation in Copenhagen offer small rooms - everything was just fine although we were immediately amused at the slim style twin beds (did alot of travellling but never seen such narrow beds. We laughed about that but realize that Copenhagen furnishings are ultra modern and this slim design is probably more in fashion nowadays :) The breakfast was wonderful and the coffee pretty good quality too (VERY important for me too) Our request of twin rooms together was granted & we really appreciated that as we travelled as 4 female friends together :) leaving our husbands/family behind in Greece for the first time :) Although there were a few pubs close by it did not disturb us at all - as we did see there was a lot of people/night life just next door. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and Danish people who work in hospitality were all so lovely. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family of course and would choose to stay again :)

FinlandWhen arriving I ordered plain black coffee from the lobby bar. Only later I noticed that i was charged more than 20 euros from that almost cold cup of coffee!! I asked from the receptionist that what do you actually charge from a cup of coffee. He told that around 5 euros. When I showed that I was charged he told it was not right and promised to come back to me after talking his boss - is that your standard operating model when you make such mistake? Well - none came back on that day - nor the next day before I went to ask what are they planning to do. Then they compensated the sum for my credit card and I got it fully compensated after 2 days. But no apologies was said - at any time. When making a mistake it can actually turn out to be a nice customer experience when dealt in a nice manner: apologizing and even surprising in a nice way. Unfortunately in this case I felt that they tried to cheat me with horrible price of coffee and even the compensating was all up to me. Not really 4 star hotel experience unfortunately.
Breakfast was good but not especially great. Standard for this price range hotel. Location is good - if you don't mind the noise coming on weekend nights from the Radhuspladsen :)

The location is superb. It is in the middle of everything. It was walking distance to the shopping area, to Tivoli Gardens, and it is right in the middle of the city.

TurkeyThe rooms were a bit tight, but I guess that is to be expected in city center hotels. The other thing we had to get used to were the small square pillows, which is standard for the region, but takes a bit of getting used to. It would be great if the hotel would offer normal wide pillow options as well.
The staff service, especially the receptionists (Malik and Ezra) were exceptionally helpful and professional. Well done and thanks for your assistance throughout our stay. The location is also very very central and conveniently located in the heart of Copenhagen.

DenmarkI had to drive my car to the hotel and there isn’t a lot parking spots provided by the hotel. I parked for a night at the adjacent parking lot but it is very expensive.
Location is superb, around the corner from Tivoli, Strøget high street etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable with heated floors in the bathroom. We were given 2 adjoining rooms which were perfect for my family of 4. Staff at front are so courteous and helpful especially Ezra.
