It was absolutely amazing, it was very modern, clean and comfy. I am really impressed with the breakfast, it had a wide variety , also including alternative food for people with allergies like me. The staff were really nice and welcoming! I would definitely recommend you this property if you are a BMW fan like us, because BMW Welt is really close, also BMW classics building is near! The centre was a bit far, but the property is near a metro station, so you can travel with it to the centre for 9 stops. We would definitely come back here next year!

The cleaners are fantastic, the only smiles you get from the staff, good morning, etc in all honesty, the cleaners should man the reception, the reception staff should clean. really disappointed, we stay at the Niu Hide in Berlin quite regularly, and booked this hotel based upon our stays at the Hide, would not book to stay at the Brass again. A childs bed was specified before booking, they did not provide one, nor attempt to provide one for the 10 day stay.
Didnt have the breakfast. Unfair to rate the location, as customers know where it is before they book.

NetherlandsI was being bitten in bed at night by what i presumed was mosquitos. On my last night was bitten yet again but on areas that not normally exposed to mosquitos and are under the duvet. The sheets were marked with a what appeared to be signs of bedbugs. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist who just simply said “ I will tell housekeeping” as if it was a regular occurrence, and I heard not more. I emailed the hotel on my return and have not had a reply from them .

NetherlandsIt is a abysmal place. The staff is unmotivated and rude. The rooms, even the upgrades are tiny and its noisy. The worst are the beds, which are an absolute travesty. The double beds are two single, narrow boxsprings of terrible quality. They offer no comfort, are lumpy and rockhard. It is like sleeping on a deflated air mattress. After two nights of no sleep, everything hurt and decided to leave. Despite burning 800 euro for two nights, the staff informed me it was my choice to leave (fair enough) and charged the parking garage anyways. I do around 80 hotel nights a year for work in modest hotels. This was by far one of the worst experiences. This has nothing to do with a hotel, hospitality or acceptable accommodations. This is a cheap youth hostel with fancy paint.

AustraliaWe booked a large room, however it was almost empty: one little stool and a minimal desk, no chairs, neither in the room nor on the balcony. So one of us had to sit on the floor with the laptop, indeed, on his lap. No wardrobe, not a single shelf or drawer to put your clothes on/into. Just a few clothes hangers. So either you had to live out of your suitcase for your whole stay, or display your undies and socks on the floor. One way or the other: the nicely designed room therewith is transformed in a mess as soon as you stay in it.

United Arab EmiratesAll would've been perfect, if it wasn't for the extremely unpleasant and unprofessional checkin by the checkin-manager and her superior (on the phone). As the hotel is migrating to the IHG group, training has unfortunately not commenced yet, even though already on their portfolio. Any status in this regard was not acknowledged as a future prime and frequent customer. Hence, no return for me, unfortunately.
Great room, interior and comfortable bed and modern. Hotel is fairly new and the new Holiday Inn connection will bring it to the proper level of service.

AustriaThere is a fire brigade station nearby, so occasionally, you could here the emergency vehicles.
The staff was very friendly, and they gave us lots of tips for our stay in Munich, including restaurants, places to visit, and transportation options. To reach the main attractions, a short U2/U3 subway trip from the hotel is necessary. Overall, good location, clean facilities, and it was a very pleasant stay!

Czech RepublicCompared to other Munich hotels, the accommodation at this value was below average, as was the breakfast. The variety of the offer was poor. The air conditioning did not work well and the duvets could be replaced or dry cleaned. They did not smell nice.

RomaniaThe breakfast area is crowded in the morning. You need to stay in line to enter the breakfast room. Alternatively, one can try the Bakery at the first crossing. Some of the reception clerks need specific training. No restaurant, need to walk 7 minutes to a Greek.
Walking distance to Olympia-Zentrum, BMW World. Bus no 50 station within 100 m from the hotel. New , clean, modern, well equipped. Well equipped bar, only the cue can be discouraging - the receptionists work also as a bar tender and are not very quick.
