The location was perfect for us. The staff is friendly and is rightfully proud of their hotel and customer service. The urban beach is incredibly well done, a place which truly allows you to unwind with a cold beverage from the bar with your toes in the sand. Love it.

I didn’t find anything wrong. The location is great even though it’s a bit of walking about 7 mins to the city.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the amenities of the penthouse are excellent. The room has a washer + dryer, equipped with all the necessities you’d need in the kitchen. The space is quite cosy and comfortable.

I wasn’t able to get blankets! When I asked for one and told the front desk and housekeeping that I have non in my room they gave me an attitude! My room smelled like roach spray! There were roaches in the kitchen which was very unpleasant! I was placed in a room where the shower head didn’t work and the couch chairs were torn, dirty and didn’t smell good!!!

The pricing was perfect! And I love how close it was to downtown!

The food at the restaurant was definitely substandard- not even a regular ice cream was good, it was old and icy and they charged me $16 for it. Food was very expensive and the quality definitely below standard, but staff were reasonably friendly.

My disappointment with the property is about deceitful advertising as my unit did not look like the pictures, but other guests mentioned that the apartments were really nice. My unit was not nice at all but it was clean and staff reasonably accommodating.

There was a large variety of items for the buffet breakfast. Housekeepers came daily which maintained cleanliness. Staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. We stayed at the Deluxe Suite.

It was excellent, I highly recommend this hotel, reading some comments we were not sure about it, but we had a pleasant surprise. If you want the top experience you should book the bigger rooms, they are ideal for 7 day stays. The breakfast was very good and the pool is perfect. I think that your impression of this hotel will change depending on which type of room you choose.

The room was not very nice. The door had a 2 inch gap that allowed rain to come in Door was not secured after house keeping came in. Never again would I stay there The pillows were as small and flat. Bed only had a sheet. The bathroom was incredibly dark. Totally misleading about the restaurant and pool. No outside light so you could see your door. Poor staircase and very dark. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist. The food was amazing. This place is a short walk from the main part of the city. The hotel is just beautiful and well kept. I would definitely recommend here and return.

Where to begin. I don't usually make lists, but this one needs a list: - Budget room in the picture showed windows, this one had windows to the floor, like a showcase window, so you could have daylight at the expense of privacy. - Thin paper walls, you could hear the next door neighbour snore. - Constant noise of water going through pipes, apparently from the common boiler. - Steep stairs to the bunk bed upstairs. - The structure was so feeble everyone walking would just shake the whole bedrooms next door. - Bed was squeaky, noisy and old, oddly fitted in the middle of the room due to the ceiling being too low. - MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE. - No utensils for cooking (e.g. pots, plates, silverware) or the bathroom (e.g. cups for holding toothbrush, hairdryer). - Bathroom area was absolutely horridly designed and the old doors had absolutely no noise insulation. - Cables and rails exposed. Weirdly placed light switches where you need to walk half through the room, to first get some room illumination. - TV had lots of channels but the good ones with static. - Some staff was super nice, whilst others looked like they were forced to do their job. - Very inconsistent water temperature, seldom boiling hot, other times just cold. Finally the empty neighbourhood outside the village felt very insecure to walk at night.

Well, the concept of the room we were assigned was actually pretty interesting with the mini houses inside the building, quite spacious and conveniently located. The cleaning was good and there was also decent Wifi and AC, the kettle with tea was a nice touch but that's about it. The budget rooms are not ready for tourism. Outside didn't really use anything bar from the bar with the complementary drinks, which were very good and the bartender was super nice.
