The Grace is a beautiful hotel, central to Sydney's CBD and it has a great history.. All of the staff were friendly to us and made the children feel part of the experience . Thank you to all of the staff for a happy stay.

Slippery shower floor with no mat or grab bar

Lovely location for City access. Room clean, comfy & VERY quiet. High up on 10th floor of historic Art Deco style Hotel. Bathroom spacious, well equipped but No grab-rail in shower with a slightly slippery wet floor and Oldies using it !! Lovely fresh Buffet Breakfast, had a different 3 course choice every day! Swimming Pool NOT available..🙁 because not enough staff, I think... But walking Sydney Harbourside and Barangaroo nearby perfect to shake off jetlag. We stayed with our Family for the remainder of visit.

Bed was too soft for my liking. Seemed a bit excessive to replace toiletries every day when just a little had been used. I would have been perfectly happy to use the same bar of soap for a few days, seems a bit wasteful.

Perfect location, close to everything in CBD. Short walk to trains and buses. Room was very big, light, and clean.

The location is excellent. Very close to upsale restaurants, food courts, shopping district, malls. Customer service is great and complimentary bar/fridge service gives it a thumps up!

there was only one chair at the table in the room. If we ordered room service only one of us would have been able to sit at the table - or we would have had to drag the large lounge chair over. Would have expected better for such a high end venue.

staff were exceptionally helpful, the venue was a destination in itself. Historically interesting, well connected to other venues, beautifully appointed.

One tiny down point was the pillows weren’t comfy for either my husband or I. This was a shame and isn’t something that is easy to conquer because everyone is generally quite specific with their pillow needs, I believe!

Loved the beautiful building, the small touches in the room that make it feel luxurious like the complimentary mini bar, robe & slippers and the bath soaps are beautiful. Large bed with clean, crisp white linen!

That we could not stay longer.

The hotel is in the perfect location to the main city attractions and it is of a very high standard. The rooms are large and roomy, very beautifully furnished and the bathrooms were amazing. We were only there one night but wished we could stay longer. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pool was strange and small, did not go in after seeing it. The breakfast was not great, cold eggs, hash browns and beans. There was a selection of other things but I've had much better. We paid extra for it and wished we hadn't.

The room was great, beds were comfy. The location was perfect.
