We had an enjoyable 4-night stay in Angsana Teluk Bahang. Our Deluxe room is spacious, with a balcony that overlooks the sea and a big bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas. We love love love the very comfortable bed. Big shout out to the service staff, Masum, in charge of cleaning our room and providing turn down service. We shelved many initial city exploration plans to spend more time in the pool and on the beach.

A large bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The view was spectacular! The next time we are in Penang we will definitely stay here

Featuring outdoor pools, a mini waterpark, two slides and a whirlpool in landscaped grounds, Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang is a four-star property in the centre of Batu Ferringi Beach. I will give most of my credits to WINO, the receptionist, how he helped us and welcomed us. We felt so special. Other staff we so good too at SIGI And Garden restaurant. Very clean, great food, reasonable price, well trained staff, everything is just a top notch. Double thumbs up!

The staff are outstanding - friendly, efficient, courteous and totally service focussed. I was working so didn’t use any of the facilities but the pool looked great. Breakfast was of high quality and had something for everyone’s tastes. Great spacious rooms and and super comfy beds - loved the Nespresso machine
