Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

Most of the staff I in hotels are trained to be polite. In Banyan Tree the staff IS kind. We were welcome with smiles, attention and love we never experienced in other hotels (and we travel a lot). The manager has been very generous, moving us to a better villa since the workers were making sometimes noise building a roof. The SPA treatments were fabulous. We are still walking on clouds after loving touch of Rose and Thalia. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, food in the restaurants tasty. But really what makes this hotel special is how attentive the staff is- they were calling us by our names, remembering well our villa number, what we order last time for dinner and what tea we like to drink most. I am really impressed. I wish I was treated in every hotel like here at the Banyan Tree. What I like is also that they support local schools and protection projects for the turtles. This place is simple a great vibe. Thank you 🙏🏻

Objekt Sadi Beach House smješten je u gradu 'Telukbakau' te ima vanjski bazen, vrt, terasu ibesplatan WiFi u cijelom objektu. Ovaj objekt nudi obiteljske sobe i dječje igralište. A really relaxing and private villa experience. Brilliant breakfast, fantastic villa and really lovely staff. You can use kayaks to explore around the area.

Objekt Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG nalazi se u gradu 'Lagoi', na 5 min hoda od znamenitosti Plaža Lagoi, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži vanjski bazen, besplatno privatno parkiralište,... It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

Objekt The Kelong Trikora Resort s 3 zvjezdice smješten je uz plažu u gradu 'Kangkakawal', a ima vanjski bazen, vrt i privatnu plažu. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff, especially Linda and Erix. They were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel like I was at home. The hotel is very child-friendly, and my kids loved playing in the pool and on the beach. The staff was always happy to help with anything we needed, and they made sure that we had a great time. The facilities are well-maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. I enjoyed chilling in the room opening the window and feeling gentle sea breeze. I also had the opportunity to go on the firefly tour and the ATV tour, which were both amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. I am already planning my next trip back, and I can't wait to try the snorkeling that Linda recommended.

Set next to a village by the sea, LooLa Adventure Resort is located on the coast of Bintan. The entire weekend was excellently managed. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to accommodate all our requests. The food was also great.
