Breakfast was very good! Outdoor hot bath was amazing. We could make late check out. Staff was very friendly. Beautiful area, and great design.

The location is great! The food was good, specially the breakfast, but nothing impressive. However, there was a big section of "cold food" that looked just sad - cold bacon? it looked like nobody was touching these food there. I also liked that it's an open buffet. The bedroom was very comfortable, although we had two beds instead of one double bed.

Breakfasts were delicious, having many tasty options. Staff helped me get inside, even after check in time. You can see Śnieżka right when leaving the hotel, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the main lift.

Great breakfast, huge and comfy parking, nice room with beatiful view over Karpatka. Spooky and classy watch tower visible form the distance makes navigating back home easy. The hotel have long history going back to XIX century. The staff is very helpful the owners take care of guests in person. Strongly recommend for serious tourists. Great location.

Perfect, hard mattreses. The room was very quiet with a nice view to the surrounding park. The sauna is great, too.
