The Pool Villa comes with a small private pool, which is a nice extra for anyone who enjoys a bit of privacy. The location on Koh Samui is peaceful and quiet, even with a nearby club or resort. It’s a calm place to relax. The main pool at the resort is beautiful and spacious — a lovely spot to unwind, with comfortable seating. Breakfast was good as well, especially the fresh fruit, which we really appreciated. Some staff members were very friendly and helpful, and that made a positive difference during our stay.

But what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by two outstanding staff members: Namthip and Focus. Namthip was incredibly warm and attentive from the first interaction. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed, offering thoughtful recommendations that made my stay so much more enjoyable. Her professionalism and kind nature created a personal connection that made me feel genuinely cared for. Focus was equally impressive — always cheerful, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed.     I love Patong Beach, the soft sand, the warm water. I enjoy the vibe from the masseuse, the fireworks displays, the dancing in the evening and the Jungceylon Mall. Not to mention the kick boxing. It's easy to get around Patong. A favorite eatery was Dang.

Foods hunting are heaven, cheap seafood at night market any restaurants. Don't miss jumpa to island executions that you won't regards it

    Chaweng is a beautiful destination for a chill out holiday The Jungle Tour is definitely worth doing & don't be afraid to barter the price Lots of eateries with great selection of food to choose from Fishermans Market is very pretty at night & there are bargains to be had If you hire a car or scooter - by careful if you like to dabble in the Green because the Police will pull you over & you will get a hefty fine - not worth it - grab a taxi or the local rides (which are cheap)

    We loved Koh Tao.

    We loved Koh Tao. Sairee beach is a great area but you can stay anywhere and still have access as it's such a small island. We took a boat trip out to the island for snorkelling which was fab. Don't book in advance. Go onto the beach and haggle with the locals to take you over as it works out so much cheaper especially if you are a family. Highly recommend breakfast at Mango Garden...go hungry!! All In all a beautiful island and great for families as not too crazy busy!

    The bustle and lively vibe of Phuket Old town is well worth visiting. We loved the evening market on Sunday night - it’s got to be experienced. The architecture mixed with the smells and tastes and sounds is something you’ll love if you like shopping and food. The out of centre shopping centres are also very good, clean, and full of great brands. The royal marina is lovely too - worth a visit and especially if you’re going to one of the many islands.

    I am considering retirement in HY and this first stay was a real help to decide. I really like HY. There is so much I haven't seen on this trip but I will return in a couple of months. BOLT is a great way to get around, average journey price 55 baht (april 2025) BOLT drivers are amazing, you can have a car turn up in 2 minutes and be on your way. The selection of food in HY is off the scale. I have not met one person who was unkind or rude. I have had a couple of bad experiences in cafes with cold food or slow service but nothing to put me off returning to this city.

    We had a great stay and enjoyed it. It is so beautiful there with all the plants and pond. I had wish breakfast had been a little different on other days for it was always the same, fruit and all. The staff was very nice.

    Really easy to get around, great bars and restaurant's beaches are excellent, lots of massage places, a visit to the night market is a must for cheap food options. Shop around for gifts and the shops are willing to barter on some goods.

    We didn’t spend so much time in Karon Beach. We hired a scooter for 300 bahts 150cc. And went to Kata beach!!! it was much better fantastic beach had a great time with waves. Karon beach is also good. It has beach wall and a lot of restaurants and bars by the beach.
