This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in all of Saudi Arabia. The staff are very professional and the service is impeccable. I was served by Dalia at the front desk and she exceeded my expectations whilst staying at the hotel and was very accommodating to see that my experience was the best. The porter Sourob was also very professional. Overall, I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are very comfortable and have excellent facilities. The breakfast restaurant in the hotel is also very high quality.

    I recently stayed at Mecca Stays during my visit for Umrah, and I would like to share my experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location was excellent Al Kiswah Towers Hotel convenient and close to the Haram, which made it easy to attend prayers. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were also commendable. The staff was friendly and cooperative, and check-in/check-out processes were smooth. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The Wi-Fi connection was weak in certain areas. Addressing these small issues would make the stay even better. Thank you for your hospitality. I would recommend Mecca Stays to other travelers and would consider staying again in the future, Insha Allah.

    If you like sun,good food and quiet evening walks has it is cooler time to walk,It is a beautiful. However,being a single female beware of soliciting drivers . Take only licensed vehicles like Uber and walk on crowded streets. Wear cotton clothes that gives good cover and cooler and don't let the male shop attendant help you, unfortunately they have some who's hands want to touch. Despite the negative if you love perfume and beauty accessories and Arabian fashion it is also great.

    Variety of foods and very tasty.

    Variety of foods and very tasty. Khayal restaurant is very nice and highly recommended. Moving around is very easy especially using Careem (similar to Grab). The drivers are very accommodating to our request.

    The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of...

    The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of checkin even still we have 5 days remaining in our booking and he argue with us i show him the reciept of my booking then he realized its not us and he even not say sorry for us.And the bathroom is so dirty we are the one clean and kettle is not working we need to tell them not working

    Location is not good for access to haram

    Location is not good for access to haram Although its near to haram mosque in google maps or booking maps but roads are closed due to masar haram project U need an hour to reach haram from hotel and hotel shuttle bus will drop u at a tunnel which u have to walk for around 2kms

    It's good to have a place to stay where staff are accommodating and people nearby the location are great which they were of our same nationality(actually some of them) so at least to inquire for some info since we were a first time visit on the said place

    If you're from the USA, Canada, or the UK, it's best to book your package through agencies based in those countries. Packages from other countries like Pakistan or India may seem more affordable, but they often come with different standards and shared facilities that may not meet your expectations. Private accommodations are highly recommended. It may cost a little more, but the comfort, privacy, and peace of mind are well worth it — especially during such a spiritual journey. Shared bathrooms are often a challenge. To make things easier, keep small change on hand to tip the cleaning staff — even $10–$20 goes a long way and ensures they go above and beyond to keep things clean for you. Be generous, plan ahead, and choose quality over cutting corners. It’s better to invest in a well-managed, private experience than to save a little and end up frustrated.
