Location is good, room is pretty quiet, staff is super nice, the manager especially, hope he gets a fat raise, he's the only one who's fluent in English. Would book again if ever.

The staff was extremely helpful. I never experience a better arrival at any hotel. Everyone Greeted me with a smile any time I came in or out. Is so helpful with transportation, And directions to Anywhere I needed to go, Eager to help provide taxi or Set up travel for bus, Breakfast was provided with room. Exceptional staff in the restaurant and coffee lounge. Always had the smile whether it was Dining in or room service. Rooftop sitting area. With fitness center.. The personal service. This was more than what you paid for. Highly Recommend it I will return again, In my opinion it was better than the casino Hotels. Could not ask for a better location, From the market. To the thailand border The walk ability to local shops And local food market Serve some of the best cambodian foods at great prices.. Is highly recommended to all. Respectfully Submitted. Ron Oliver

The staff were so helpful after a very difficult day, very patient and friendly with an irritated cantankerous English get. I had peaceful night and woke to a fabulous breakfast, the best I have eaten for a few years, the pineapple pancakes were divine, I would recommend staying just for those, all in all a 10 out of 10 stay, unfortunately the following day was even more testing.

Staff was polite and helpful. Clean inside and the breakfast was good. If you are looking for a room to sleep and someplace to just crash, this is a great place.
