We had specifically booked a room with a king-size bed for our honeymoon, but upon arrival, we found two twin beds pushed together. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted the comfort and experience of our stay. While the front office team did their best to assist, the suite was not changed. Housekeeping attempted to adjust the twin beds, but the solution was ineffective. A discount was offered for the first night, which we appreciated, but our priority was not compensation, it was to enjoy a seamless and memorable honeymoon experience, free of such inconveniences.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Great air conditioning. Close to all the sights in the old town. We attended the opera festival and the hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Arena. The staff were friendly and helpful. Isabella at the reception desk was great. Will definitely stay here again next year!

The hotel was located in the prime tourist area right on the canal and was exactly what we wanted for one night. It was in a busy but fun area. We only stayed for one night here and chose another previous location that was away from the tourists. We enjoyed having a drink on the rooftop patio. We were greeted upon checkin with a drink and a very attentive reception associate.

    Try to avoid visiting Italy cities in july/august. It was very very hot. The air conditioning inside museums are totally inadequate to cool the facilities to comfortable temperature. All the churches have No a/c or very very little cooling system.

    A very people-friendly city, easily accessible, comfortable to reach places and a nice climate, even though it was the peak of summer heat. The architectural value goes without saying, and in addition to that there was also a very cool vibe, even though it was packed with tourists. One critique would be the public tranport. It was very chaotic and created obstacles during the duration of all the trip.

    This is a place for people who want to chill on the beach for the entire duration of their holiday. There is barely anything else to do. The beach is an endless forest of sunbeds and parasols with restaurants nearby.

    Venice (island) is worth a visit but it is very busy and prices higher than the mainland. Mestre is more quiet, less stressful. Consider staying at Mestre and launch your day (or evening) trips from there. Only 10 minutes with train from Mestre to Venezia St. Lucia.

    Bibione has a sandy shallow beach perfect for families with small kids. Pay a bit extra to get an umbrella on row 1 or 2. Then you can easily monitor your kids while they are playing on the beach. Usually warmer sea temperature than the Mediterranean side. It is a multitude of restaurants with quite a variety on the menu. Very easy to get around with car, bicycle or by foot

    After traveling to so many places in Italy, Padova is possibly one of the most underrated cities. There are several basilicas, chapels, markets, piazzas and restaurants to visit. It's also in a great location; so close to Venice, Vicenza and Verona. The atmosphere is also cool with the university in the center of the city.

    I didnt believe that Caorle could be a good place for a holiday on beach before, but I was supriced nicely. It is great place for comfort holiday. The guest could find everything there. Very clean environment and friendly Italian people.

    I have the impression that the town has lost so many of its...

    I have the impression that the town has lost so many of its services - supermarkets, fruit and veg shops, delis - and the permanent citizens of Peschiera have put their efforts into restaurants, bars and shops. It is a very pretty town but I feel it is not a real town but a tourist town. In high season the ferries are frequent to visit towns around the lake. The bus service in the area functions but is crowded due to the huge number of tourists.

    This place was amazing!

    This place was amazing! Great location to begin any hikes at the Rifugio Auronzo. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very cleanly & the facilities were good. Parking access was plentiful and very easy. We are breakfast & dinner there with plenty of options and everything very well made. We would definitely stay here again.

    Awesome place to visit - lots of charming streets and lovely bars and restaurants and quaint shops. It quitens down on an evening when day visitors go home ! Castle worth a visit views from Tower are awesome / too many lovely restaurants and coffee shops to name ! Loved swimming in lake past the castle ! Visited Monty balding last time so didn’t do this time but fab trip if visiting!
