Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). One of the nicest hosts I've met even in Taiwan, she went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. The place was clean, great toilet, comfortable beds, and decent location (bike distance to both beach and city center). I normally like to explore new places to stay in while travelling, but I'd come back to this one!

It is a good twenty minute walk to the restaurants but the walk is very pleasant The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. Nothing was too much trouble
