JJ went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful - always friendly, helpful and attentive. He also offers affordable Nile trips and transfers to Abu Simbel, which we highly recommend. The accommodation is conveniently located near the public ferry, which runs frequently and costs only 10 EGP per person. JJ welcomes you with tasty lemon-mint drink and offers the tea when he sees you :)

Bahya was helpful and very attentive. He helped us arranged some bookings and provided us with all the information we needed. One morning we had to go to Abu Simbel at 4am. By the time we woke up, 4 breakfast boxes were placed neatly in the little fridge in the kitchen. Thank you for that. Shame on me that I forgot to give the tip I mentioned to Bahya the last morning before we left as we left too early for a long drive to Siwa that day and Bahya wasn’t there when we left. I hope when I have a chance to come back Aswan and stay here again, Bahya is still around so I can give him what I was supposed to.

Nubian Soul Guest Houses mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, teras, dan bar di Aswan. Our host Bibo was fabulous. He arranged our pick up from the airport and boat to the guest house. He arranged our felucca sunset sail. We loved our stay on Eliphintine island, it was very quiet and very easy to cross with the local ferry.

But the best thing was the people working there, who helped us with everything during our trip, from transportation to Aswan to laundry and day-trips to the Nubian Village, and made us love the island. There is a sense of community on the island and especially in the guest house that we will always remember.

Walking distance from the nubian museum. - Amenities are great: everything is newly furnished. The decoration makes u feel as if you are staying at an international chain. The Wifi is super good and fast, hot water 24/7 and is enough for everyone staying in the guest house. When it comes to the electricity it is available 24/7 and the lighting is epic, there is an AC. - View is epic: it is directly on the nile, there is even a cute rooftop where you can go up and enjoy the view. Hosts are professional: the hosts are super nice and helpful. They are responsive and can even help you in planning your trip. They give you a sense of the unique culture available on the island. - Super affordable qnd woth ittt. - Go local: Supporting such businesses instead of super expensive chains (that don't peovide half of the services they offer) is a must. LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE AMAZING HOSTS BEHIND IT.

The perfect place with everything you need for a visit to Abu Simbel. Ashraf and his family are extraordinary hosts. They can provide a spectacular dinner or a delicious breakfast. We skipped dinner as we were coming back from a long trip, and it was great to rest and recharge our batteries for our visit to the Temple of Ramses II early the next day, practically free of tourists. The town is very quiet and safe. Thank you so much for everything.

Rooms were functional, on the livelier side of Elephantine islands. Great views on the balcony for breakfast. Most importantly, staff were amazing, helpful and welcoming. They provided advice on how to get to main sites in Aswan, helped us secure good prices and booked day trip to Abu Simbel. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return! Thank you again for making our stay on Elephantine very nice and memorable , I was truly overwhelmed by the warmth and hospitality at this place. Ahmed the owner, along with his staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They arranged a car from the airport, and the driver was in touch with me well in advance of my arrival. Despite my late arrival, Ahmed prepared a delicious homemade dinner at a very reasonable price. She also organized a felucca ride on short notice, again at a fair rate. During our conversations, I shared some stories about my family who couldn’t join me on the trip. In a beautiful and thoughtful gesture, Ahmed gave a small gift for my wife and kids — a touching example of Nubian hospitality and culture that really stayed with me. On my first day, her son kindly accompanied me on the ferry to help me get familiar with the area — another thoughtful gesture I really appreciated. Every request I had was taken care of promptly and with genuine care. Do note that the place is located on an island, so you'll need to take a ferry to get in and out. The service is frequent, but it’s something to be aware of when planning. Overall, an exceptional stay with an incredibly kind and generous host family. : They arrange for me all tours around Aswan and Luxor with very reasonable prices I will come back sure

We stayed at Nuba Heart as a family with two children and had an amazing experience. The accommodation was spacious and quiet, with two large bedrooms. It's ideally located—just a short walk from the ferry (only 10 EGP per person), and close to the train station and the local bazaar. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. A taxi was waiting for us at the airport, and Thameer organized all our tours and even our transfer to our next accommodation in Luxor, all at very good prices. He was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and lovely rooftop dinners with a great view. The Nubian village around the guesthouse is full of charm and becomes very lively at night. The locals are warm and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Our children loved it.
