I warmly recommend Pu Luong Luna Resort to anyone considering this area of Vietnam (no need to travel as far as Sapa, the rice terraces you will see from your window here are beautiful!). And the food was good - we ate all three meals at the resort.

The pools are very nice and well maintained, perfect for relaxing with the view of the mountains. The lodge is close to sightseeing areas, so it’s easy to explore around. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. In the evening, we had the chance to watch a band of local ethnic people performing traditional dances and music. This is a truly special cultural experience. A perfect peaceful escape in nature. We wish we could have stayed longer!

It's a brand new property that's only been open for a couple of months, as such there were a few teething problems but nothing the incredibly helpful staff couldn't assist with. Ms Senna and Ms Marie helped organise everything from changing flights to arranging drivers to discovering the local towns. Towels luxurious, restaurant food exceptional and the setting stunning. We finished a perfect day with a foot massage from the lovely ladies in the spa.
