Really a lovely cozy place to stay, great accomodarion, spacious room, bathroom with separate bath tub, nice balcony with pool view. The breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choice. I enjoyed the free bicycles which guests can use . Cycling to old historic center very easy and takes not more than 10 minutes. My special thanks goes to the staff for making me feel cared for and welcome You really went the extra mile when I forgot my wallet while at the beach and needed to pay for my lunch, without any hesitation you send the security man to bring me borrowed money Forever grateful for that Thank you dear ladies !!

Hotelli sijaitsee juuri sopivan matkan päässä Hoi Annin ihmisvilinästä ja turistejahan on pilvinpimein joka päivä. Heti hotelliin tullessa aistii hotellin idyllisuuden ja rauhallisuuden, joka tuntuu ja näyttää lomaparatiisilta. Hotellissa vain vähän huoneita, joten täällä voi nauttia omasta rauhasta. Allasalue oli todella hyvin suunniteltu. Altaan toinen pää syvä ja toinen matala, joten uidessa pystyi nauttimaan jokinäkymistä auringon laskun aikaan samalla siemaillen allasbaarin juomia. Jos joskus vielä matkustan Hoi Anniin niin yövyn tässä hotellissa uudestaan.

But the staff and customer service is impeccable! I went to each of the recommendations the staff gave me and they were all amazing. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk from the Old Town, but it makes up for it by being peaceful and quiet.

Fantastic location, beautiful place plus the staff was amazingly helpfull! On the reception Thuy , Thuon always helped us to arrange our daysnad answered for all of our questions. The restaurant and the breakfast was excellent, Huan, Diem, Hoa was so nice with us. During our stay we attendent on a market tour and a cooking class here, which was a nice experiment for the family. Seo, Binh , Y was great person.

This hotel was in a great location, very close to Hoi An old town. The balcony was nice to sit out on & it was quiet, close but far enough away not to be noisy. The staff were wonderful, Mrs Hana & Nam couldn't do enough for us. Excellent customer service! The breakfast was good too.
