Very clean and cozy hotel with a great location to explore the financial district or take the metro at Fulton Streat which is just across the street. The staff was very friendly, I can only recommend staying at Artezen Hotel!

The service is exceptional- starting with small monkey for the kids (the preferred souvenir from new york for our kids), help with luggage, finding dinner, all The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is always coffee, tea and hot chocolate available It is very well placed on Little Italy / Chinatown, very nice market in the morning. Easy to get to the metro, many restaurants The rooms are big and nice, very clean.

The property itself was so quirky and really well designed. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. It’s also such a nice area with cool bars and really nice restaurants a short 10 min or so stroll away. Also make sure and check out the view of the city on the 3rd floor! Would highly recommend!

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.
