The property is nearby to many services such as supermarkets, groceries, laundry, restaurants car rental offices, and gas stations. Also pictures of the room that has been published in booking.com by the hotel management are real and there is no difference. Second, the staff is very kind, and very helpful especially the receptionist lady (Neslihan) she's very kind, and always smiling, she upgrades my reservation to a bigger and better room for free. And it's necessary to mention that my wife was sick and she took care of her. And regarding the breakfast it was nice, fresh, many cousins available, and any special order can be made for customers. And at last the price is fare and the value of money is suitable to service that I got. Next time when I visit Trabzon I will stay at the North star suite hotel.
