Kick back and relax on one of the comfortable couches and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon watching your favorite movies or shows on the flatscreen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare the most delicious meals and beach snacks. This family-friendly condo also has access to a community pool that will refresh you after a long and active day in town. Just a four blocks walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Ocean City. From the boardwalk to the Jolly Roger at the Pier amusement park, there are plenty of things to keep you busy during your vacation. You could also simply relax on the beach with a good book or swim in the ocean waves. Up and down the Coastal Highway you will find several different restaurants to dine at and shops to pop in to as well. THINGS TO KNOW Due to construction for resurfacing and coating, the balcony will be closed off until Memorial Day 2023. Construction will resume following Labor Day 2023 and will conclude in full on Memorial Day 2024. Parking is free during periods of construction but will be enforced when no construction is occurring. Until further notice due to local restrictions and regulations shared amenities may not be available at the time of your stay. Smoking is prohibited. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
