This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are shared (common areas) areas- 1. The sunny living room downstairs provides comfortable seating, a versatile coffee table for work or drinks, and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. 2. The dining room accommodates up to 4 people for shared moments. 3. The kitchen features an island with two stools, creating additional spaces to relax with your coffee or tea or for any of your cooking needs. 4. The garage includes a laundry area with both a washer and dryer for added convenience. 5. A bathroom on the second floor that is shared between the 2 double rooms. (Master room has it’s own bathroom.) Please note, there’s a driveway at the back of the house. This area holds up to only 2 cars. If you would like a guaranteed spot, you must reserve in advance! Otherwise, there is additional public parking at the front of the house (just across the street).
