Located in the very heart of Kota Kinabalu, The Shore offers both convenience and tranquility — all major attractions, cafes, and shopping streets are within walking distance, yet from your balcony you can enjoy the rare calm of a panoramic ocean view. Each suite is ideal for solo travelers, couples, honeymooners, or anyone seeking to unwind and reconnect with the simple beauty of life by the sea. To preserve the quality of the space for every guest, please note that smoking and strong-smelling fruits (such as durian or jackfruit) are not allowed indoors.
