The Village, which is currently managed by the Pecchia family, was founded by an entrepreneur in the 60s and was named after a famous bar which used to liven up the Roman nights. Since then the Village has been handled with Love and Passion.

The new apartment complex Piper, besides being surrounded by greenery, is also equipped with all comforts such as a parking and a swimming pool with Jacuzzi. All the apartments have high-quality and design furniture. The complex is about 500 m far from the seashore and thus provides quiet and calmness even during the crowdy summer months. Piper is suitable for those who are keen on cycling and trekking. Le Bandite and the town of Scarlino are two pearls of nature, sport and antiquity. Please note that the swimming pool is open seasonally, therefore it is recommended to contact the property to find out the actual opening and closing dates.

Le Bandite di Scarlino bike trails extend for 6.000 hectares of the marvellous scrub between Punta Ala, Bagno di Gavorrano, Castiglione della Pescaia and the metalliferous hills of Massa Marittima. Cala Violina is a real jewel of a bay which is situated near the border of the Natural Reserve of Le Bandite di Scarlino. The bay is surrounded by two rocky cliffs and is nestled in the scrub. 2 km away from Piper Residence and Piper Camping you’ll find the Mamai beach club. It’s a private beach equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and sunchairs which you may book at our reception desk. In a short distance from the apartment complex Piper there is Marina di Scarlino, a touristic port.
