Set in the centre of Dubrovnik, The Byron offers accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. The property features garden and city views, and is 100 metres from Buza Beach. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. At the guest house, each unit comes with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, slippers and a hair dryer. The units are fitted with a coffee machine, while certain rooms will provide you with a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, a microwave and a stovetop. Over the past few years, we have been lucky enough to meet some wonderful people from all over the world. We love to share our inside views on what to see and where to go. If you are interested in photography we would be happy to share some of our favourite spots and if you wanted to get more out of your camera then why not join us at Dubrovnik Photography Walks for a couple of hours.

The Byron is located just behind the Cathedral in Dubrovnik. The layout is unusual for the old town in that it spreads out laterally rather than being one room per floor. The property was fully renovated between 2016 and 2018 having been in the same family for over 80 years previously. Although Dubrovnik can be busy and full of bustle, The Byron feels like a calm oasis into which you can retreat if you need to take a break from exploring. One of the key considerations when furnishing was the beds, which are large and super comfy. After all, a good nights sleep means you wake refreshed and ready to enjoy your stay in this amazing city.

The Byron is located on the quiet side of town, between the Cathedral and the Buza beach (which is just 40meters from our front door). Being able to walk to the sea and jump in, without having to go all the way to the main town beach is amazing. Our favourite time to go is between 9-10am in the summer, the sea is calm and warm and it's just you and the locals fishing for lunch.
