Two-Bedroom apartment with extendable sofa in the living room. Perfect accommodation for up to 5 people! Located in the Center of the Old Town, between two main town squares – People’s square (Pjaca) and Fruits square (Voćni trg). Distance from apartment to UNESCO’s historical site Diocletian’s palace is less than 1 minute. You will have the opportunity to experience everyday life in the only living roman palace in the world, listed as a UNESCO cultural heritage.
Property has been recently renovated and is now equipped with:
- fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle and toaster, microwave and fridge with freezer
- dining area for up to 5 people
- two classy bedrooms with twin beds (easily made as comfortable double beds). Both rooms have day-light, closets, night stands
- fresh, new linen, all cotton
- spacious living room with extendable sofa for 1 person

I am addicted to adrenaline and fast drive by car and motorcycle. I'm a fan of Ayrton Senna and Valentino Rossi, besides everything mentioned I go to gym and live healthy life. I like to explore new things and new places so I enjoy traveling. :)
Together with our family, we live in the same building as where the apartment is located, just one floor above. We are always available and very flexible about accommodating to our guests needs, whether it is to store the luggage before or after check-in/check-out, sharing valuable information...
The apartment is located just few steps away from Diocletian's palace, Riva Promenade – waterfront, trendy shopping areas such as Marmontova street, popular restaurants, bars and cafes, while grocery store Interspar is in the same street, opposite the entrance of Apartment.
Major tourist attractions, besides Diocletian's Palace, such as Split city museum and St. Domnius cathedral's treasury are 200 m away from the property, while Gregory of Nin is 300 m away. Natural beauty, hill Marjan, also known as town's pearl is 5-minute walk away from the property.
Fruit (Green) market and Fishmarket can be found in the immediate surrounding (100-200 m).
The most popular beach in Split called Bačvice, famous for the unique water sport Picigin, pubs and night clubs are within a 5-minute walk.
Split Bus and Train Stations, as well as Split Ferry Port, with frequent links to numerous Dalmatian islands, are 400 m away. Split International Airport is 12 km from the Town's Center.
