This 19th-century hotel is located in the centre of beautiful Mont Dore, and makes a wonderful base for exploring the Massif du Sancy. During winter, a free shuttle can take you to the nearest ski slopes. The thermal centre is just 200 metres away. The volcanic landscape surrounding Le Grand Hôtel Mont Dore is perfect for hiking. After a strenuous hike you can unwind back at the hotel with a sauna and hot tub. Le Grand Hôtel Mont Dore also boasts a relaxation area where you can experience light therapy. Enjoy a massage in a massaging armchair accompanied by soothing music and the fabulous scents of aromatherapy oils. This independent hotel’s friendly proprietors will do everything to make your stay an unforgettable experience. All rooms include free WiFi access.
