Set in 5 acres of woodland gardens, The Mary Mount Hotel is set on the shores of Derwentwater. With countryside views, rooms are en suite. There is also a restaurant and free WiFi throughout. Free parking is available. With the picturesque Borrowdale Valley all around, the Mary Mount has a peaceful country house atmosphere. Rooms have TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel’s oak-panelled bar has a real open fire whilst the restaurant has large picture windows with spectacular views across the Lake. There is an à la carte menu and a regional wine list. Take a boat trip across the Lake or visit Keswick, which is only 3 miles away. The Mary Mount can provide you with quality packed lunches for your excursions.
