What makes Elya Beach so special and different from other properties is the fact that the houses are right on the beach ! Just 15 meters away from the water.

The neighbourhood is very traditional and has the most famous fish taverns all over the island. Its next to the fishing village Zygi which has a Marina where tourists can visit and go for fishing trips.
