They let us checked in early in the morning despite having our check-in time at 2 pm. They/he even helped us book for a cheaper private car to and from the airport. We were so grateful for having such wonderful hosts, plus the location is just walking distance from shops and food stalls.

Great location, right in the city center but still quiet. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful, they helped us arrange our bus to Sapa. Highly recommended!

Located in the centre of Hanoi, 300 metres from St. Joseph Cathedral, ACE Hostel provides air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. I stayed almost my whole time in Hanoi here and loved every bit of it. The staff are so kind and helpful, the place is spotless, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing or socializing. It's quiet even though you're in the city center, and honestly, I made some great friends here. Will 100% come back next time I’m in Hanoi. It's a bit hard to find the place but the staff was so helpful

Well set in the centre of Hanoi, Hanoi Railway Capsule Hostel provides free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. Stay at this capsule hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The capsules were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Facilities like showers and lockers were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A very convenient and affordable option for short stays, would definitely stay again

The property is around 1.4 km from St. The staff is super nice. They are happy to give you all the information and help you need. They served me some tea while waiting in the lobby, helped me book a tour and a bus, and made sure the pickups would go smoothly.
