To begin with, it's important to highlight that they were really full. The staff was working overtime to assist everyone and it was almost overcrowded. So, I guess they were doing their best and it was good enough. Can't complain at all, but it's hard to assess it out of this scenario. Maybe, on a normal day, at usual capacity, someone would say it was perfect.
