Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool area, great breakfast. Communal areas clean and well maintained. Staff really friendly and give good advice for tours/exploring the area. Good location to walk to restaurants/main square.

I loved my stay. The place is very clean, comfortable, and has a super friendly atmosphere. The staff was always attentive and willing to help. The staff here were so lovely, Jona & Emily were so kind & helpful from the first time I met them. Everyone who worked here from the cleaners to the handy men were just so amazing. Hostel was so clean! Toilets & kitchen always in top shape. the kitchen is large so multiple groups can cook at a time which is great. Amazing places to chill socialise to meet other backpackers with multiple seatings outside. The location was also ideal being a short walk from the cathedral. I also thoroughly enjoyed my walking tour & pupusa class with the hostel. Cannot recommend enough

I really liked the hospitality and the kindness of the whole staff, from the people at the reception to the manager of the hotel. The location is also great, as it is not far away from the city center, which make both walking and taking an uber a great option. There is a restaurant on the spot (we didn't try it thou) and delicious breakfasts. Beer selection is also good. Close to it there are a couple of great popuserias, which we really recommend trying. The overall experience here was great and we will definitely come back when in the country again.

good location, 5 mins walk to the church/centro. staff are nice people, both English and Spanish service. they have a water dispenser, therefore hot water is always available, you can cook tea or coffee. also, there is free coffee in the morning. every area is clean, feel like stay at home.

Nice family run hostel. Hosts were very accomodating to anything I needed. Strong wifi. Some common areas to relax. Safe neighborhood with some eating options and a good gym nearby. About a 13 minute walk to the mall but a bit of a hike to the central square. Free coffee in the morning. Very clean

The hostel is perfect as a base in Santa Ana to explore the area. The staff are so friendly and helpful and have created a chilled atmosphere to enjoy. It is also the cleanest hostel we have stayed in!! The area was safe and quiet. Room had a fan and was comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and has filtered water.
