The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was new, super clean, and felt just like home. The beds were very comfortable not too soft or too firm perfect for everyone. The whole house had a fresh, neutral scent, including the towels and linens. The furniture and household items were beautiful and high quality. The sofa was large and great for relaxing, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, I was able to work without any issues. The location was excellent: Publix was 5 minutes away, the beach was right across the street, and a beautiful public beach was just a 2-minute drive. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made our first family trip far from home so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend this place and thank you so much!

I liked everything the fact that this property had most of the things u might normally forget beach accessories,cooking utensils even some spices you did not have to look hard to find things everything labeled ,Communication with the host was awesome very prompt easy check in the next trip to destin I will definitely look up Family Tides
