My husband and I love spending time by the pool we cooked together like we used to right now. I’m at my Mom‘s house taking care of my parents so it’s nice to get away once in a while. We’re also why we’re there looking at homes so it’s in the perfect spot we had a really good time like I said the only thing I didn’t like is when I came in the hotel was dirty. She wept only the bathroom and swept it to the kitchen. She swept a little bit of the big area and then swept that onto my master suite. Never swept never vacuumed. Nothing we stayed there another week she came back. She did the same thing. No dusting did the same thing was sweeping everything on the carpet but never vacuumed it up. Never change the garbage is That part? I didn’t like it. All your cleaning people need to get better and and I will be staying again so I would like to see that may improve a little bit. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had big pool was nir open under construction the whole hotel and we were not told that very loud. Got the hotel that day for the water park and was not able to go at all it was closed as well I spent 180.00 for one night and had to pay for parking and there was no where to park. Orlando itself is great we love coming here for short trips because you typically can get a bit more bang for your buck. The city has so much to offer. My family loves going to Disney as often as possible so we typically end up at the parks at least one time each trip. I love the variety of restaurants and shopping they have. The only drawback I would say is that during peak times of the year you will find that most places are overly packed, there are longer wait times, and traffic volumes are higher.Guest review byHeatherUnited States - 10.0
