Baku is a beautiful and peaceful city on the coast of Red Sea.Weather was excellent, sun and shade equally pleasant. Malls and parks attracting , cleanliness at its best, and traditional food and environment of Nizami Street at night really enjoyable. Azarbaijan has beautifully preserved the names and graves of their martyrs. Food, hotels and transportation ,all are affordable .Overall Baku is worth visiting -a three day trip is enough unless you want to relax a bit longer in the serene environment of Baku.Guest review byHabib Awan - 8.0

A bit unknown, both Baku and Azerbaijan as a whole. The visit was a delight. Modern meets ancient. Baku felt safe and easily walkable. Restaurants offer delicious food. One always must check whether services and restaurants accept credit cards as most do not. A visit to Baku was a pleasant experience as the city has so much to offer. A lot to do around the city that will keep you busy, the bus system is excellent and very cheap, personally, I wouldn't recommend you drive unless you are used to driving where there are 3 marked lanes but 5 lines of traffic and you have eyes in the back of your head! There are foods for all types of budget and you really do have to try everything, from eating in one of the "locals" places, to kebabs in out of town places, all excellent. The city is very clean, practically litter free, we didn't see any graffiti and the roads are pot hole free, it really is a fantatsic place to visit.Guest review byKevUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Baku is a good & clean city. Weather is pleasant neither too hot nor too sunny. Staying near the beach is the wisest decision for enjoyable trip. Food is just ok though. Watch 4Dx movie, visit hill station like gabala or shahdag . Take a cruise ride & see the malls. One week is easily passed this way.Guest review byA. MehruPakistan

The staff were helpful on check in and helped me sort out a very early morning taxi when I left, which was cheaper than I had expected. The room was a good size, with the small elegance as the rest of the hotel and the whole place was very clean. The absolute best bit was the rooftop restaurant for breakfast though, with hanging plants, singing birds and great views of the Flame Towers and the city roofs.
