It takes less than 4-5min walk to get to the city and its amazing. If you want to stay in a comfy and cosy place in Hat Yai that feels like a Thai home but for guests! Really nothing does it justice! Well done to Ing and the team that run the place! The rooms are very private, with attached bathrooms for all.

The staff are all so welcoming and the level of customer service is what I would expect at a much more expensive hotel. I worked in the hotel industry for many years and I was genuinely very impressed with the thought, care and kindness that the staff show to all guests. Thank you so much ka. Location was good for me as I don't care about being close to the malls. I liked the local area very much and there were some good restaurants and a 24 hour laundromat close. It was a $2 cab ride to the main city centre. Rooms were very comfortable and the bed was great.

The room was big and very clean. They provided so many small things that made our trip more pleasant. There is a communal fridge on each floor and plates knives and forks if needed. The water was nice and hot and the bed comfortable. We really liked our stay here

The place is clean and wide enough for 4 of us. The hosts are nice and allow us to check in 2 hours earlier. We love the view, our room is facing the pool where we can chill around at night too. Recommended! Love it 😘❤️
