We stayed for one night at this lovely family-run pension during our Peloponnese road trip – and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer! The location is just perfect: some rooms have a direct view of the sea and within two minutes you can walk down to the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The equipment is excellent yet authentic – balcony, fridge, clothes rack and Wi-Fi, everything you need. The atmosphere is calm and idyllic, ideal for relaxing and letting your mind unwind. The host family was incredibly warm and welcoming. On a hot day the kind owner even brought us ice-cold water and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. In the morning we enjoyed a lovingly prepared, traditional Greek breakfast. All in all, a truly wonderful stay that we would recommend to anyone. We will definitely come back!

Situated in Gythio and within 1.8 km of Selinitsas Beach, L Suites The Writer's House has a bar, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Thodoris and the rest were amazing, always taking care of our needs and helped when we needed I have never had a host that was so attentive from the first to the last minute! Breakfast treat was a lovely touch, the location superb and the room was spacious, modern and clean. 10/10
