Perfect location for a one night stop before an early flight and based on that with great value for money in an excellent location close to metro line 14 going to Orly airport/Paris center. The "room" is small but in 2 floors with a bed on each, great shower and toilets, very good kitchen. For one night it is perfect, but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay as it is too small to spend time in.

The minimalist room arrangement and bathroom were impeccably clean. Merci! You are just ouside the 13th arrondissement. Franprix is to your left and the metro is to your right. Your view is a neighborhood cityscape and Paris is just ahead and over the horizon. Magnifique!

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to this amazing city.

En una casa agradable con varias habitaciones en planta baja y en primera planta. La mía estuvo en la planta baja y tenía una ventana grande y un baño pequeño pero agradable. La organización de la llegada y recogida de llaves fue a través de mensajes pero bien. Junto a la casa hay un centro comercial para cenar decentemente.
